Senior Counsel


As the Co-Founder of WMG’s partner firm Snowbird Consulting Group, Latif brings a unique set of skills and experience to help organizations strengthen employee relations, retention, and re-engagement between management and staff. He specializes in helping leaders across industries and the public sector create workplaces where employees feel safe, respected, and valued. Having been a former trial attorney in employment law, Latif has the unique experience of having represented both employers for the first 10 years of his career, followed by representing employees for the latter part of his legal profession. He combines the insights gained from his vast experience with tools for understanding the systemic issues around diversity, equity, and inclusion and provides recommendations based on facts, not just perceptions.

Latif holds a BA in Political Science from Morehouse College and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Editor of the Law Review. He started his legal career clerking for the late Honorable John Garrett Penn, who served as the Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
